This sounds like a synthesizer - an electronic instrument which has the ability to play loops over and over.
But what about taking it a step further. Having an online computerized version of the synthesizer (which of course exists somewhere I'm sure)...but having meaning attached to each loop. For example, people give definitions/meanings/functions to the loops. There's a loop named "Funky wild" and when you look up its definiton..someone has entered "I call it Sad Funk...it reminds me of a sad time"...or "This loop speaks of body movement...it has a particular ability to make you want to wave your hands"...or "This loop is from a Jazz song named Sexy Dirt form the 60's and would remind my grandmother of _____this...."
This possibilities are endless, and ppl would start to understand the subjective language behind each loop....and use it accordingly....
